I have Applegate in although I’d be much more inclined to keep her in had The Morning Show been returning on time.

    Why?

    Why?

Because I feel like it would be a very HFPA thing to do to nominate both Applegate and Aniston at an in person ceremony for the press. It’s partially why I’ve been tempted to slot in Parsons because I think Cuoco is getting nominated although I don’t think there will be an in person ceremony this time round.

It’ll be probably Fanning who will win (her show will be the biggest in the category outside SC which probably will win 0 globes due to emmys bias), O’Hara, Cuoco (she’s not winning in comedy for a dramatic performance and for such show), and Levy.

Fanning for the win in Comedy TV side!! And Mulligan for the win in Comedy movie side

And bang, we have both sisters from different mother won the Globes for same category in different sides lol

Prime Video nominations & wins by year

    2014 – 2 (2 wins)
    2015 – 5 (2 wins)
    2016 – 5 (1 win)
    2017 – 3 (2 wins)
    2018 – 9 (2 wins)
    2019 – 5 (2 wins)

The Boys, Upload and Small Axe are being servely underestimated here, this group more than any other LOVES Amazon/Prime Video. And contrary to popular belief it’s not just Mrs Maisel, whom are only responsible 24% of their total nominations and 27% of their total wins.

Starz nominations and wins by year

    2010 – 3
    2011 – 2 (1 win)
    2012 – 1
    2013 – 6 (1 win)
    2014 – 2
    2015 – 6
    2016 – 3
    2017 – 1
    2018 – 1
    2019 – 0

The HFPA have always reserved at least some kind of nomination for a Starz program. Balfe has also never missed for Outlander so underestimate her at your own risk, especially when her category is weak enough to sneak in (again).

With regards to P-Valley, it’s one of the most acclaimed shows of the (period), competing in two key categories even weaker than Balfe’s and is one of the few shows with a Black creator and showrunner. There’s just no way at doesn’t make it at the Globes of all places.

Yep. I have all three shows in Series here.

Small Axe in particular is being underestimated (apart from in Actress).

    I think I’m slotting P Valley in.

Could the extra Ma Rainey buzz push Viola towards a well deserved nomination for the final season of HTGAWM?

Doubt it. The HFPA never liked her performance on the show that much.

Fiona Apple said that she earned more from licensing “Criminal” to be played in “Hustlers” last year than she did from Spotify streams the last 3 years.

Billy Joel probably just sees it as an easy check.
