I see Gold Derby is already hyping up Anderson for a sophomore Globe win…

Golden Globes flashback: Gillian Anderson wins for ‘The X-Files,’ praises ‘profound impact’ Dana Scully had on women [WATCH]

‘The Crown’ reviews: Raves for best season ever, Gillian Anderson steals the show as Margaret Thatcher

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

We’re going to see a lot of snubs of January to May contenders this year. Everything apart from Normal People seems to have died down in buzz whilst The Queen’s GambitThe UndoingI May Destroy YouThe Comey Rule (even though I don’t see that as having much buzz) and Small Axe have aired or will have aired more recently which will help them even if one or two of them weren’t great shows.

I do find it hard to see the HFPA snubbing something as HFPA bait as Mrs. America and I haven’t got Normal People in Series because I’m waiting to see what happens with Your Honour (I can actually see that being moved to the Spring by Showtime tbh) but I’m very concerned about Unorthodox and Little Fires Everywhere‘s series chances. I just don’t see a way Little Fires Everywhere gets in anywhere here (I’d be pleasantly surprised by a Kerry nod) but I think with Unorthodox either Shira gets into Actress (and potentially wins) or it gets shut out completely. March feels like a lifetime ago.

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

I will be VERY surprised if this doesn’t win Limited Series and Limited/Movie Actress here. I mean it’s almost a near lock imo.

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

Updated Nielsen ratings for The Undoing week 3 has live viewership at 899K! Very impressive, I’m sure this will only increase as it gets closer to the finale.

Here is the link if anyone is still doubting the legitimacy:

The Undoing very much remains an audience hit, in both live and digital viewership.

So it looks like Amazon’s no.1 priorities in each category are Hunters (Drama), Upload (Comedy) and Small Axe (Limited Series).

I don’t know if you guys are aware but “7500” its on TV Movie category on the Amazon’s FYC page (https://www.consideramazon.com/home).
Will we have a surprise nomitation for Joseph Gordon Levitt?
Haven’t seen the movie but people say his performance was amazing.

El Presidente is in comedy (haven’t seen it but never heard on soccer/football podcasts being described as a one). Andrés Parra could take an advantage of the streaming platform & the categories lack of competition outside of Youseff, Sudekis (and Levy).

So it looks like Amazon’s no.1 priorities in each category are Hunters (Drama), Upload (Comedy) and Small Axe (Limited Series).

Hunters? Like it was a popular hit but outside of a name-check “we want to party with Pacino” it likely won’t get anything. The Boys is right there, an even bigger populist hit with critically adoration and with Starr now in lead I’d argue he’s win-competitive (the hardest part of his win will be the nomination).

Absolutely called Upload, it’s that perfect blend of high concept, critically acclaimed but overtly popular the HFPA can anoint both it and Amell.

Get those 100/1 odds while you can

Love how Amazon are so loosely goosey with what’s a “TV Movie” and what’s a “Movie Movie”.

The way Comedy is more competitive than Drama at the winter awards (in terms of the nomination) but then Comedy will be a wasteland at the Emmys whilst Drama will be more competitive for the nom.

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

    Upload? Really?
But yeah, they haven’t Mrs Maisel and it was a surprise, but I will root if this ends up doing better than The Good Place ever did.

Who are you all predicting to WIN S. Actress? I’m finding that one tougher now I’m watching the fourth season of The Crown

The Undoing is really bad. It might still get in because of its star power and ratings unfortunately. Mess.

    Waddingham (and I’m not joking).

She’d only be the 4th comedic performance to win the category in the past years (JLD-93, Cattrall-02 & Lynch-10), here for it.
