That’s a specific to Apple thing, they often obscure episode counts if higher profile actors aren’t in as many episodes as people might think.

Netflix do it occasionally too.

She’s first billed and appears in every episodes. Most reviews also call her character the standout. Definitely not guest.

I don’t think Skarsgard is confirmed as supporting, we just assumed he would have a bigger part on the story, but the promo suggests he will remain as a guest.

Possible (Torv and Offerman in my predictions are much more contigent on how Succession ends up landing as opposed to how strong they are). But new shows do tend to falter when it comes to getting guest nominations outside of previous nominees/winners and main cast members so it wouldn’t surprise me if it just ends up being Bartlett who gets nominated in the end.
