I’m her biggest fan on here as a performer but I’m a bit perplexed by the confidence in Jane Lynch getting in for Only Murders in the Building. She’s deserving but she’s also shown herself not to be a very easy name-check for these voters lately and this field is packed with contenders from Hacks and SNL so I’m interested in why she’s first in the odds as opposed to Harriet Walter or Ariana DeBose or even someone like Laurie Metcalf.
