Tell us one (and only one) performance that you are not predicting it, but it may surprise tomorrow.
Rules:
-Again, it has to be someone you’re not predicting;
-The performer can’t have been nominated before for the same role;
-The performer can’t be at top 15 at the combined odds.ReplyIt's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

July 27, 2020 at 8:01 pm #1203606454I’m not predicting this but…
Jonathan Groff for Mindhunter. The show could break out tomorrow as a sleeper hit, has already been nominated by the acting branch before for Cameron Britton plus Groff could be helped by the fact that he might be fresh in some voters minds considering when the Hamilton movie was released on Disney+ (it was released on July 3rd whilst voting started on July 2nd) and he also could have been 7th in 2018 and might be helped by the fact that Matthew Rhys, Jeffrey Wright and Ed Harris are no longer in this race and by the possibility of voter catch up and a This is Us under-performance squeaking him in.

McCallany deserves for this season. Groff should have made it for season 1.
July 27, 2020 at 8:44 pm #1203606513This won’t happen in a million years but I hope somewhere (even if its below the line) that Years and Years turns up. It should be a lock for Series but sadly won’t be because of how HBO and the BBC screwed up its chances.
