After the reviews were released, the only possible nod this could get is Isaac + some below the line categories. This will probably perform like Falcon and The Winter Soldier

I was finding the series to be just “fine” so far, but episode 5 was wonderful (clearly using the same narrative structure as the penultimate episode of WandaVision) and Oscar Isaac is fantastic.

He was the best of this above-average MCU entry.

Disney is hosting an Emmys FYC event for the show on June 4th and I imagine they know he’s their best shot at anything ATL this year.

The show’s best shot for nomination is Oscar Isaac, although he is also gaining traction for Scenes Of A Marriage so that could cancel it out sadly.

I doubt an unlimited ballot causes cancellation/split. Oscar Isaac can get double nominated for Scenes From A Marriage and Moon Knight.
