Should be Ted Lasso in a cakewalk (have a problem with a foreign language show competing here; Emmys will fall into the same trap in July, I fear. SG is tailor-made for the International Emmys). Maybe they’ll split the figurative baby and give Euphoria the “Here for the Hookup” prize.

If euphoria doesn’t win tv series I would be shocked tbh. Squid game a close second but the rest….thanks for playing but the nom is the reward. Remember the voting demographic. That’s how I always view anything mtv. They make questionable choices

I didn’t even know MTV started doing TV awards along with the movies.

Euphoria is going to win because MTV is catered to teenagers and young adults. It’s not a matter of taste other than younger people just have different taste than older ones.

Most of the nominees sound like they asked 16 year old their opinion. Why would the winners not reflect that?
