Pleasantly surprised by the good reviews. We stan a competitive year!August 23, 2021 at 3:25 pm #1204412269
I’m interested to see how large a role Jane Lynch and Tina Fey have in this.
"The Good Fight" and "The Other Two" in all categories.August 31, 2021 at 7:38 am #1204426308
I just watched the first 3 episodes and I really enjoyed it. Martin Short and Selena Gomez are great. Steve Martin is just ok, but I still like his presence. I’m very invested in the murder, and mostly in the backstory of the three leads. It’s also really nice that Selena’s character isn’t another boring and annoying gen-z who doesn’t uderstand old people (I’m looking at you Ava from Hacks). In a nutshell, this show is really fun and addictive. Oh, and I love the score.August 31, 2021 at 7:52 am #1204426327
Just watched the first episode, Martin Short is the MVP (Martin and Gomez are also good too). Loved the Tina Fey cameo. The pilot surprised me, I thought it was going to be a flop.August 31, 2021 at 8:29 am #1204426359
I’m loving this. Martin, Short and Gomez all have great chemistry together and NYC is the perfect backdrop for this story. It’s almost it’s own character. Gomez in my MVP so far, I love her deadpan delivery. She also has the most interesting character.
I’m excited to see how the rest of the season unfolds. I’m expecting a lot of twists and turns so I’m hoping they all land for the most part. Also, I need more Amy Ryan please.
Oh and the audition sequences with the people who live in the building and Short were soooooo good.
This will probably be a really big hit, especially since they’re releasing it weekly. More and more people will likely discover it.August 31, 2021 at 9:12 am #1204426516

This has the “I’ll watch this, but I’ll also tell my parents to” vibe that I haven’t heard people talk about broadly since The Queen’s Gambit. It’s a surprisingly difficult spot in the Venn diagram to hit, but it also probably lines up perfectly with the voting body.August 31, 2021 at 9:18 am #1204426538

Funnily enough, after I watched the first three episodes I texted my mom to tell her to watch them too lol.August 31, 2021 at 11:22 am #1204426911
Anyone my generation (younger milennial) who saw Gomez on her Disney Channel show saw her potential as a comedic actress. Her deadpan has only gotten better with time and is a great foil to the more eccentric work from Martin and Short.
Loved the Tina Fey cameo.
She was great. She’ll probably get snubbed again for Comedy Guest Actress lol. She deserved to win for her roles as Andrea on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Dolly Parton on Girls5EVA.August 31, 2021 at 11:55 am #1204426983
The first three episodes are great! I love the show so far and hope it gets awards loveAugust 31, 2021 at 12:11 pm #1204427019
We’ll see more of Tina in this, she was in the promo clip teasing the rest of the season.August 31, 2021 at 1:18 pm #1204427170
I think Selena Gomez is coming for Winter Awards + Emmy nominations. She is being raved.
It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!August 31, 2021 at 1:28 pm #1204427193
I loved the first three episodes. It was so fun to watch, episodes flew by so quickly.August 31, 2021 at 2:46 pm #1204427354
Those three first episodes were nice! I know it’s an unpopular opinion but Martin Short’s character was my least favorite part of the show. I love how great Steve Martin and Selena Gomez are together. Not now
