Before 2016 the PGA used the Emmy calendar to determinate their eligibity period (June to May), now their calendar start in January and end in December like most of the guilds. However in 2000 (date of cerimony: 2/MARCH/2000) one of their nominees for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television was The West Wing. At that time TWW only had aired it’s 1st half of the 1st season. So, obviously, they weren’t using the Emmy calendar at that time. My question is: do somebody here know when they start using?

It is all so confusing that they once had to rescind a nomination from Curb Your Enthusiasm and replace it with Scrubs. Eligibility ended in August that year, but nominations were not until January and Curb Your Enthusiasm had aired a new season in between.
