Whenever You’re Ready, Helmetz; we thank you for dropping by every season with your requests 🙂
ReplyCopy URLJune 28, 2020 at 9:32 am #1203555641I hope it’s not too late to recommend and consider:
THE BEAVER’S NOSE – The Great written by Tony McNamara.
It’s the season finale and it fulfills the promising set up on the pilot episode in a satisfying and compelling finale. Personally, there’s been an unfettering sense in McNamara’s writing on this episode (a recurring feeling all throughout the season), that he didn’t let the confines and limitations of history and a period piece genre to stand in the way of how he would want to tell the story of Catherine on her way to power – mythical, sometimes fabulist. As the credits roll, it’s ingenious and liberating.

July 16, 2020 at 8:23 am #1203587673He voted for it last year too.
Oops. I retract my statement!
I do wonder if Maisel and Ozark break into writing this year or get snubbed. Because if they miss I don’t see how they win Series.
