I did this on the film side for the Oscars so I thought why not do it for the Emmys as well?
Few rules. You can only do a ranking of TOP 40 as for the first round we’re cutting down the number of performances TO 40. Also if there are performances from multiple seasons of shows eligible then you cannot include let’s say Christina Hendricks in Mad Men, season 3 and Christina Hendricks in Mad Men, season 5 in the top 10 (you can include multiple performances from the same actress in the same role as long as they are not in the same tier).
You have to do a combined ranking of AT LEAST the top 20 actresses who were nominated (and lost) in Supporting Actress in a Limited Series/Movie, Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series from 2010-2020.
After two days I’ll post the results of the first round and give instructions for the second round.
#1 = 40 points, #40 = 1 point
