I’m interested to see how Netflix split the season. Are they going to have the first half air next spring and the second half next Autumn and compete with both at the 2023 winter awards or are they going to air the second half during the early Spring in 2023?

Who knows. Of all the streamers/networks Netflix’s strategy is the most confounding in drama

    Looks incredible!

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

The trailer for 61st Street for AMC, with previous winner/nominee Courtney B Vance and Aunjanue Ellis. This is a pre-agreed two season show so will run in drama, and failing Better Call Saul making eligibility is likely to be AMC’s contender for the 2022 season. Vance said on Instagram this will come out in 2022 (presumably, early)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnitUIx9jGI

    Synopsis:

The series from BAFTA winner Peter Moffat follows Moses Johnson (Tosin Cole), a promising Black high school athlete who is swept up into the infamously corrupt Chicago criminal justice system, and Franklin Roberts (Courtney B. Vance), the public defender who takes up his case. While Roberts has promised his wife he’ll retire, he takes on this case because he recognizes its potential to upend the entire Chicago judicial system, challenging the institutional racism and endemic corruption at its heart.

This in my mind is the most underrated (admittedly, sight unseen) new contender of the year.

Definitely the category with the most room here. I think. Garner and Snook are probably locks, and MBB appears to have a big season incoming, but I’m not entirely sure that the same could be said for Shaw and certainly not Metz.
