    Severance!

Kind of notable that this occurs just before second round voting

I don’t think it will break through because it feels really niche but has anyone else noticed that Apple seem to be really actively pushing For All Mankind? I’m not even a viewer of the show and I’ve just been seeing adverts for it everywhere.

This sounds bad (and I try not to do it) but is it possible to jump in to S2 without watching S1 (I noped out after about episode 3, but I really like Rose)

I am in he same boat. Although, I don’t know if I actually wanna give it another shot. If reviews are great and about something other than her performance I might give it a shot. But the show was not good enough to be sustained by an amazing performance for me.

    They are a bit.

I think SDCC is going to end up quite TV heavy compared to previous, we should probably keep an eye on who is promoting what there because it is…not cheap

dreaming with that ensemble nom at the sag

I think you would like the series, wolfali! I don’t like the first episodes very much, but the first season gets better with time and the second season is excellent, with a spectacular ending.

I actually wanted to because I’m a big fan of Battlestar Galactica and For All Mankind‘s subject matter does interest me personally but I really couldn’t get past the pilot. Maybe I’ll try again when I get time.

They also have Black Bird coming out next week which is getting great reviews from what I saw this morning.

Really looking forward to this one. Glad to see it’s getting great reviews. They had me watching when I saw Taron.

I wonder how this is determined?

Metascore yearly lists show those with at least 7 reviews, which I think is fair in the context of Emmys or really any awards. 4 (which is what you need to get a Metascore) is pretty fringe (Severance for instance has 30+)

To get a Must Watch badge you need 15 @ 81 and higher

    Stranger Things is a monster

It’s television networks’ equivalent of Vecna.
