No Maid, no OMITB, no Yellowjackets, the lazy Succession namechecking…
What a terrible list of nominees. Even Station Eleven’s nom is bittersweet because Tcherniak and Podeswa were clearly more deserving and Murai simply got in over them because of his name alone. So annoyed.

Hopefully The White Lotus being placed in Comedy sets a precedent for the Emmys. I’d personally classify it as a comedy over a drama.

Murai got in because it was the first episode of the show and I assume the only episode voters watched on time for voting.

I love Succession but 5/5 is a bit too much imo. I get that it was a weak season for Drama series overall but there were deserving shows in contention.
