This category has probably been done to Hell and back, but having watched a ton of TV during the pandemic I wanted to make this thread for NOT ONLY snubbed roles, but also their performers – meaning that the actors who played these roles have never been nominated for an Emmy, ever. Also, since the Emmys go off of specific episodes outside of the Lead categories in Limited series, I’ve included some episodes where I could think of specific standout performances, even if the actors themselves did not submit those specific episodes.
* Courteney Cox, Friends (“The One with the Embryos” and “The One with the Girl from Poughkeepsie”)
* Nick Offerman, Parks and Recreation (“Ron and Tammy” or “Leslie and Ron”)
* Aubrey Plaza, Parks and Recreation
* Angela Kinsey, The Office
* Ed Helms, The Office (“The Duel”)
* Danny Pudi, Community (“Critical Film Studies”)
* Alison Brie, Community (“Cooperative Calligraphy”)
* Ken Jeong, Community (“The First Chang Dynasty”)
* Jim Rash, Community (“Documentary Filmmaking: Redux”)
* Zoe Kravitz, Big Little Lies (“The Bad Mother”)
* Justin Theroux, The Leftovers (“International Assassin”)
* Dean Norris, Breaking Bad (“One Minute”)
* Cody Fern, American Crime Story (“House by the Lake”)
* Patrick Wilson, Fargo (Lead in Limited)
* Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Fargo (“Who Rules the Land of Denial?”)
* Adam Brody, The O.C.

April 15, 2021 at 4:23 pm #1204203010@wolfali While Eccleston was amazing in The Leftovers and should have been nominated for literally any of the episodes where Matt was the focus (I have a preference for the Season 2 one, and Season 2 in general), I did leave him off because he has been nominated for two International Emmy Awards, and won for Accused. Same goes for Carrie Coon, as while she is the show MVP, Fargo managed to make it up to her.
