The Leftovers and Rectify both came to mind. Between Justin Theroux, Carrie Coon, Regina King, Christopher Eccleston in The Leftovers and Aden Young and Abigail Spencer in Rectify, someone should’ve gotten a nomination. Plus The Leftovers had some really wild episodes that should’ve been right at home in the Directing category, and Rectify had some of the most subtly powerful writing of any show on TV at the time.

Bates Motel: especially Freddie and Vera

Penny Dreadful: especially Eva who was win worthy basically every episode

The Deuce: especially Maggie who just like Eva is win worthy every single episode with her beautiful performance

What We do in the Shadows: hoping that changes this year the show is hilarious and the cast is brilliant specifically Harvey Guillen

American Crime: Connor Jessup for season 2 who gave one of the greatest performances of all time hand down he should have swept all the awards in my opinion true brilliance at it’s best.

    Parks and Recreation: Nick Offermna

    The Wire

Friends: Courtney Cox, who I’m truly dumbfounded how she never got a nomination.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer especially Sarah Michelle Gellar and Clare Kramer for seasons 5 because she played Glory the best villain brilliantly

Getting On: deserved more noms than just for acting for Laurie Metcalf and Niecy Nash it deserved Comedy series, writing, directing, Alex Borstein should have been nominated and the fantastic June Squib For Guest Actress

The Comeback: deserved more than it got, comedy series, writing directing etc.
