I liked the first season, but not as much as this forum. It was fun and I really liked the editing/aesthetics choices, the music and the giallo influences. However, I think I could have done without half of the characters/storylines (Rosie Perez, the two detectives, the guy who hired Michelle Gomez, etc).

I was completely blown away by these two initial episodes. Silver Tree will definitely get nominated for the the first episode and there’s one particular scene that is brilliantly directed. I just hope they can keep it low profile on the Cassie/Max/Annie trio because they’re gold. BUT considering their choices for the allucinations I think they understood what the audience wants: Put Kaley on screen!!!

Whoever is paying attention will probably crack the case by the end of the second episode, but that’s what I like the most on a whodunit and the “mystery” will never be the show’s main priority.

Someone mentioned jokinly that Kaley could be like Claire Foy, and now I agree. I think she will have material to win if the season blows up in noms and with the audience.

The premiere was incredible. I can’t remember the last time a season opener was this good. This show is just so much fun and so full of energy. Kaley continues to be absolutely tremendous. She’s just unbelievably good in this role.

Finished watching the first two episodes and have to agree with this completely. The way you think you know everything about Cassie and then Cuoco shows something new. And the direction – chef’s kiss.

Do you think she’ll be featured in more episodes this season?

Watching season 2 kinda made me agree that this is a comedy series. Somehow the tone of the dialogue is very comedic, I would say funnier than season 1.

Through the first four episodes and Cuoco is even more of a wow than in S1. Playing the four versions of Cassie is giving her great opportunities to showcase both subtlety and totally out there. Her postures and gestures are fully tailored to each personality.

Plot is fun if secondary to the characters and the supporting cast is excellent again.

Cuoco should be clearing at the Emmys with her performance in the latest episode

After episode 6 tomorrow, the academy might as well just call the race and hand her the Emmy. It’s that good.

I think Cuoco should have an Emmy for this too, but I have a fear that Jean Smart is going to pull a JLD in Veep and win every year.

Watched episode 5 — I am not sure one Emmy is enough for Kaley’s work this season.
