I would say:
A) Drowning Women
B) The seasons are pretty equal as I agree with those that say Cuoco is better but the story itself isn’t quite as compelling
C) Zosia Mamet by a million miles

May 25, 2022 at 12:36 pm #1204963439I’ve caught up on this show and how was Michelle Gomez not the supporting actress nominee for s1?? and Kaley Cuoco might be giving my favorite performance of the year this season.. like she’s incredible.

When they both win Emmys this year.. I’m seeing the vision.
ReplyCopy URLMay 25, 2022 at 2:11 pm #1204963591Cuoco is going to win, if the voters reward her improvement over Smarts great repeat performance. As for Pelphrey, a nom would already be long shot.

May 26, 2022 at 3:53 pm #1204964723A rollercoaster season finale that solved almost everything. Kaley Cuoco was fantastic during this season and I do hope that she’ll get a lot of awards love. Looking forward to seeing whatever shenanigans they might do in the third season.

May 26, 2022 at 11:09 pm #1204964963An entertaining finale for a great season, anchored yet again by a fantastic performance from Kaley Cuoco. She gave, without a doubt, one of the best performances of the year–and of recent memory IMO–and needs to be recognized for it in some shape or form. Zosia Mamet, too, deserves her flowers.

Hopefully Emmy, if not that, then atleast SAG

It might be too early to have this conversation, but unless she wins the Emmy, I don’t even know if she gets the SAG nom. Smart will obviously be returning; the Maisel, Ted Lasso and Dead to Me women will all be in the running again; and Quinta Brunson and Sarah Lancashire will be contending for the first time — and we don’t even know whether the back half of the year introduces any new viable contenders. I just hope Emmy voters watched this season of TFA.
