This proves to me why this system doesn’t work because it will always favor the more popular ones over the ones who give the best performances. I ended up voting for more actresses than the ones that will actually be nominated because I was like “hm what if I don’t vote for these people and then neither them nor my actual favorites get in?”.

Very glad this thread is back! I’ve loved doing it after setting it up before. Isn’t the point to wait for the ballots to be out though. People may select more or less on these lists than they would do on the actual Emmy ballot? Just a thought.

Yeah, that’s a good idea tbh. I should have done this. Well, anyways let’s complete this and I’ll try to create another one for this year specifically (if possible) among realistic contenders. The current one is for all nominees between 2010-2021 while the next one will be only for the submissions of 2022.

Ah I missed this – that’s totally my mistake. Because the thread was named the same as previous iterations I assumed you were aiming to focus on this year’s contenders with it. My bad!

No, because she was never nominated for Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. She was nominated for Guest Actress in a Comedy Series and for Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
