March 21, 2021 at 8:18 am #1204148477These people have erections when it comes to Better Call Saul in episodic drama so I think Bad Choice Road will win but I won’t be surprised if Ozark or Euphoria took it either as the singular writing achievements of those two episodes seem to have received a lot of passion and praise.
Episodic Comedy is tricky. The last two winners were pilots which bodes well for The Great and Ted Lasso. I personally am rooting for The Great to take it but I think Ted Lasso will take it along with Comedy Series and New Series.

"The Good Fight", "The Other Two" and "Station Eleven" in all categories, Sarah Lancashire ("Julia"), William Jackson Harper ("Love Life") and Luke Kirby ("The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel")
March 21, 2021 at 8:42 am #1204148501I refuse to predict three WGA wins for Ted Lasso, so I’m hopeful there will be surprises. But I’d say “Bad Choice Road” and the Ted Lasso pilot.
I’d like to see Better Call Saul and What We Do in the Shadows win the drama and comedy categories.

March 21, 2021 at 9:01 am #1204148546The Great really has more nuanced and overall stronger writing than Ted Lasso . It will be a shame if The Great loses all three awards it’s up for to Lasso considering it’s more of a writing achievement than Lasso is.

March 21, 2021 at 11:42 am #1204148904From Drama I say Ozark wins Episodic and Better Call Saul wins series. The latter only being #3 in the overall odds is a bit laughable.
From Comedy, I’ll trust some of you and say, The Great wins Episodic and Ted Lasso wins series.

The Crown might indeed lose, but its nomination for the second season came a year after its airing due to shift in eligibility; the point is I feel like there is passion.

New Series: Ted LassoLong Form – Original: Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story

Episodic Comedy: The Great, The Great (Pilot)Mrs America serves Feud here, which lost to a rotten lifetime movie. Both completely passionless in their support, the former even more so. Going with Dirty John which is surprisingly well received. It’s not like this category hasn’t seen any strange winners before either.
