    Mrs. Robot

I didn’t realise Sam Esmail had already begun working on the spin off.

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

    Eva Green for Penny Dreadful

I’m not surprised she was never nominated, but it is criminal. Her acting across the entirety of this show was next level, and she’s just under utilised and underrated in general.

From finished shows: everyone on The Wire.

From unfinished shows: Lakeith Stanfield from Atlanta. He’s phenomenal.

    His absolute best performance.

I will never understand why they hate Courtney Cox so much.

Honestly, I’ve always felt Monica was always kind of the “straight man” in the first 4 seasons of Friends. Then the writers made her character’s personality really exaggerated after season 5 to the point where she was a totally different character and it came off as goofy. I don’t think the Academy disliked her per se, I just think the other actors were stronger in the show comedy-wise. Love her though.

Among Supporting performances, Gillian Anderson was the MVP of Hannibal third season and should have been Emmy-nominated. I’m watching the season again and her performance particularly in “Dolce” deserved an Emmy! Who won and got nominated during that year again? Exactly.

Another supporting performance that I love was Gretchen Mol in Boardwalk Empire. Gillian Darmody was so underrated. But for me she was the soul of the series – my favorite among the characters and glad that her character gets to share the spotlight alongside Nucky’s in the final season. Her performance in “The Good Listener” is worthy of at least a nod.

The Shield should have gotten more nominations especially for Walton Goggins and Anthony Anderson (season 4)

    Wendie Malick, Hot in Cleveland

Hear hear! Highly addictive and well-acted guilty pleasure.

All seasons except the last one are on YouTube for anyone interested.
