Janelle James who plays the principal in Abbott Elementary would be my choice for breakout star. Janelle is hilarious with her line delivery in every scene that she is in on Abbott Elementary.

Matilda Lawler from Station Eleven, She is heart breaking as Young Kirsten and definitely deserves a mention. Such a good child actor in many ways.

Kit Connor, Heartstopper
There was discussion in the Heartstopper thread that people assume this will be submitted to the Daytime Emmys. I’m not sure if this particular thread is inclusive of performers in Daytime or Primetime or both. Anyway, I loved Heartstopper as a whole but I think Kit Connor was outstanding and is a talent to watch. SPOILER AHEAD: the scene at the end with Olivia Colman, who plays his mum, had me in tears. Such a beautiful scene.
