I’m pretty sure no show with a black female lead has ever topped metacritic’s year end list, and it’s not like I May Destroy You was a massive hit in all areas (it had much lower viewing figures than Normal People). I’m just happy it’s showing up in the majority of the lists.

The Plot Against America hopefully should start showing up more as well. Along with IMDY, it’s still the best limited series I’ve seen this calendar year.
