Easy Way to Report Problems?

I had a problem earlier today when a thread I had started kept pointing to the “OOPS! Page not found” page, even though I could get to the thread by clicking on the “Last Post by” link. I couldn’t find a way to report the problem, so I created a second thread consisting solely of a link to the first thread. Apparently, somebody who can fix things saw it, as (a) the new thread disappeared and (b) the old thread’s link was fixed. (Thanks for that, BTW.)

There needs to be a somewhat obvious way to report thread problems. I suggest a “sticky” thread either here or in General Discussions.
