Original Score and Best Film in a Foreign Language

I propose that these be added to the list of Oscar Predictions. Surely these two categories are far more accessible than say ”Sound”. Granted, many of the Foreign Language films may not have had an official release in the US but many subscribers will have access to various streaming sites.

We do not add categories with short lists until they are announced by the Academy. Score, song, animation, international, documentary, visual effects, makeup, three shorts.

Chris, is there a way to add the foreign film category to the Globes predictions? We already know every film elegible.
