Changes in the forums look ugly as f… on mobile.October 11, 2017 at 10:12 pm #1202235303
What don’t you like? This new layout looks gorgeous on my iPhone, methinks
The spaces look wrong all over. For instance, above your post, the year you joined (2011) and the word “posts” are sharing the same space on the screen. The icon on the main forum page above every forum name (Movie, Television, Music etc) also look like something isn’t right. I am using iPhone 5s. Maybe the layout looks more organized on 7, but that’s not how responsive design works.October 14, 2017 at 3:37 am #1202236861
Looks even worse on my desktop. SorryOctober 17, 2017 at 10:06 am #1202240301

Tx, Vinny! We’re fighting back against the bots now!October 19, 2017 at 2:45 pm #1202242647
When the Bot Wars of 2017 are over and you have slaughtered the mercenaries, please consider turning your attention to the search engine.
Presently it is fashionable to play these elimination games where long lists are reposted for weeks. This renders the search engine as irrelevant. You can search for something and get only pages of these elimination game lists. If there was a way to remove those pages of games from the search field, it would be terrific!October 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm #1202245080
The search bar in general is too tedious.October 24, 2017 at 11:08 pm #1202247494
Maybe a report function for juvenile bullshit like this? http://www.goldderby.com/forum/music/2018-grammy-award-discussion-continued/page/94/#post-1202247461October 26, 2017 at 12:57 am #1202248442
Not easy to read forums on MobileOctober 28, 2017 at 12:21 pm #1202338135
For a few days now I haven’t been able to post in certain threads. Whenever I post it never shows up, if I post it again it says it’s a duplicate. But the original one still doesn’t show.October 28, 2017 at 4:33 pm #1202344653

The Time Machine feature for expert predictions is a great concept, but really flawed in practice, and possibly even malfunctioning. I’m a real data nerd and I’ve been using the site to track expert predictions over time in a spreadsheet to observe trends, inform my own predictions, bla bla bla. My PC has been broken the past few weeks, so I wasn’t able to update my data until now, and as I’m trying to use the Time Machine to see what experts were predicting on certain datea to fill in the missing weeks, I’m finding that it doesn’t work that way. Right now it seems that you can only click on days where changes were made, so in order to find out what they predicted on a certain date, you’d have to find the date that they last made changes before that. But since you can’t click on/view their initial opening of the game predictions, if they haven’t made changes since the opening of the game by the date you’re looking for, you can’t determine their predictions on that date at all. Only the changes they made after that date. I know this because I can’t get their predictions to match up with my last record of their predictions. Or maybe you guys didn’t put in data going that far back yet, but rolled it out anyway? Or the Time Machine is malfunctioning. Either way, the short of it is that I think the Time Machine should function like an archive of predictions on previous dates, rather than an archive of changes, which is a really confusing format to interpret. In that way, rather than having to do all this searching and calculating ourselves, we could simply click on a date and see what experts predicted on that date. Or, if you’re set on only archiving changes, at least let us view initial predictions, so we have something to compare the changes to.
Otherwise, I’m addicted to the site!
