2020 CMT Awards performers list: Who is performing at the Country Music Television Awards on October 21?

The CMT Awards, handed out by Country Music Television and voted on by fans, will be handed out on October 21 to the best music videos of the year. The hosts for the event will include country singer and current nominee Kane Brown as well as “Modern Family” actress Sarah Hyland. But who will be performing? Scroll down for the complete list, updating with all the latest names as they’re announced.

The race for Video of the Year started with 14 nominees, but that list was eventually cut down to the final six: Carrie Underwood (“Drinking Alone”), Keith Urban (“Polaroid”), Kelsea Ballerini (“Homecoming Queen?”), Luke Combs (“Beer Never Broke My Heart”), Miranda Lambert (“Bluebird”) and Tanya Tucker (“Bring My Flowers Now”).

That collection of veterans and relative newcomers is matched by the performance roster, which includes country legends Shania Twain and Brooks and Dunn as well as Breakthrough Video of the Year nominees Ingrid Andress, Gabby Barrett and Riley Green.

There will also be special collaborations that bring in artists from outside the world of country music. Halsey is teaming up with Ballerini, and they’re also nominated together for CMT Performance of the Year for their duet of Halsey’s “Graveyard.” And pop singer Noah Cyrus is joining forces with Jimmie Allen. Performances will be staged outdoors in and around Nashville due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Who are you looking forward to seeing the most?
