After hearing St Vincent’s new album, here are my 64th Grammys winners predictions as of May 14, 2021.
AOTY: Daddy’s Home
ROTY: Leave The Door Open
SOTY: your power
BNA: Olivia Rodrigo
BPSP: drivers license
BPVA: Happier Than Ever(waiting to listen to it this July)
BTPVA: Tony Bennett’s final albumApril 27, 2021 at 6:31 pm #1204232482
Manifesting to win AOTY this January 31 in the 64th Grammys.April 13, 2021 at 6:38 pm #1204199252
I like how you all are trying your hardest to be polite with Olivia Rodrigo’s album cover. If I’m allowed to say one thing it will be that the Target version is 1000 miles better.
Anyways, do you think SOUR is going to be well received by critics or will it be panned?
Maybe around 75-82 like Billie Eilish’s WWAFA,WDWG?.April 13, 2021 at 6:35 pm #1204199244
Looks like Taylor is featuring in upcoming Bon Iver’s album.April 8, 2021 at 9:51 pm #1204187507
I wonder what Taylor will submit for 64th Grammys:
AOTY – evermore
ROTY – 1989 vault single
SOTY – willow
BPSP – 1989 vault single or willow
BPDG – 1989 vault single
BPVA – 1989(TV)
Best Country Solo – Mr. Perfectly Fine
BCDGP – no body, no crime
Best Country Album – Fearless(TV)
Best Country Song – Mr. Perfectly Fine
Best Music Video – willow
Best Alternative Music Album – evermore
Best Rock Performance – Gasoline or coney island
Best Rock Song – coney island
Best Engineered Non Classical Album – evermoreApril 8, 2021 at 9:34 pm #1204187475
Taylor, you better submit Fearless(TV) and 1989(TV) album to Best Country Album and Best Pop Vocal Album. Also, evermore must be submitted to Best Alternative Music Album.April 8, 2021 at 5:23 pm #1204187264
My predictions for next years Grammys: A shocking upset in Best Pop Solo Performance in which Billie Eilish loses, then she still wins Record of the Year, then she apologizes to Olivia Rodrigo/Silk Sonic for winning an award that she earned.
No, not just that. Billie will sweep the Big 3 GF categories: Record, Song, and Album next year.
Billie 2020: thank u, next deserves AOTY. Why?, oh, wow! Oh mean, some other songs deserves this. I’m Sorry!(SOTY)
Billie 2021: Meghan, girl, you deserve ROTY.
My prediction for 64rd Grammys for Billie 2022:
AOTY – St Vincent, you deserved it.
ROTY – Silk Sonic, you deserved it.
SOTY – Olivia Rodrigo, you deserved it.April 6, 2021 at 8:47 pm #1204183025
Fun fact: If ever Billie and Bruno Mars are nominated for ROTY come November, either one of them can tie the record of Paul Simon with most ROTY wins come January 31.
Most Grammys wins in ROTY:
Tom Coyne(master engineer) – 4(2015-2018)
Paul Simon(artist) – 3(1969, 1971, 1988)
Tom Elmhirst(engineer/mixer) – 3(2008, 2012, 2017)April 6, 2021 at 8:38 pm #1204183015
Deuxmoi is reporting that the new Billie Album is coming out on July 30th. I personally believe this. Billie’s been teasing new music for sometime now and it makes sense from Interscope’s perspective .. they’re gonna wrap up Olivia by May and then move on to Billie.
Honestly if this is the window of Billie’s new release then they’re definitely planning on scoring big at the grammys too. Her whole rollout is gonna be between the first round and the final round voting.
I also do not doubt that Billie could be the first person ever (?) to win ROTY thrice back to back. New records are made all the time and this is the grammys we’re talking about.
I think Billie is going to release her lead single this month. I also doubt that Billie might take AOTY and become the youngest woman to win AOTY twice after Taylor.April 5, 2021 at 5:23 pm #1204180748
Looks like Lil Nas X might be disqualified in upcoming 64th Grammys for attending a party with Tiktokers without social distancing during the pandemic which happens to The Weeknd when he attended the Halloween party last Halloween. Then, the following month, The Weeknd was snubbed.April 4, 2021 at 9:29 pm #1204178118
I’m not ruling out a Billie and Olivia sweep yet with less than 5 months left before the eligibility is over. I’m feeling that Billie will sweep the 64th Grammys.April 2, 2021 at 8:31 pm #1204172837
So far, this will set up for 64th Grammys with the best collabs with producers:
2019 – Billie Eilish and FINNEAS(swept the whole 4 GF categories in 62nd Grammys)
2020 – Taylor Swift and Aaron Dessner(won AOTY in 63rd Grammys)
2021 – Olivia Rodrigo and Dan Nigro(potential future GF sweep becoming the second woman to win all 4 GF categories in single ceremony this 2022.)
