Honey, I’m torn with Adele. She’ll either get the same 6 nominations she got in 2012 or the same 5 nominations in 2017. Best Music Video is iffy.
Lol. It’s very much possible that under a straight vote there will be a correlation between ROTY and BMV. Expect the two categories to have some sort of overlap in the future.
Going by that, BMV nominees could be:

•Beyoncé
•Harry Styles
•Lizzo

Kendrick on the other hand can be a tricky case. Either he gets in AOTY and/or in ROTY or SOTY.

The only thing that could possibly harm them would be vote splitting and that could benefit Squid Game in the acting categories. In Writing and Directing its all gonna be Succession.
Congrats to Zendaya on her 2nd lead actress Emmy award. Don’t really see anyone else winning.

July 12, 2022 at 2:28 pm #1205012705Millie Bobby Brown should’ve been placed in Lead Actress. The term Supporting usually only fits child actors and she was too old to fit that bill. It was completely a fraud and regressive and I always wondered why she was placed in that category when she was obviously the Lead of the series. It was a misopportunity in their part and she could’ve been a possible threat to win.

Considering Euphoria and even Sydney Sweeney ended up getting double-nominated which probably has the same base as Stranger Things. It probably helped that those shows were released much earlier.
I’ve mentioned this but I always find it odd they didn’t place Millie Bobby Brown in Lead Actress, she definitely fits/ could’ve been in that category imo.
