Sadly, there was no reason for Bassett to lose the SAG if they really felt the urge to award her, especially since she lost it to JLC and not even Condon.

I’m finally sold with the Rylance comparisons, since it’s the same pact:

– Bassett/Stallone won GG + CC

– Condon/Rylance won AACTA + BAFTA

– JLC/Elba won SAG
