Also one of my favorite things is when someone criticizes a woman’s performance and then proceeds to just talk about why they don’t like the character. If you don’t want Katee Sackhoff to get nominated that’s alright, she definitely isn’t getting a nomination, but your hate for her seems to go beyond just “bad acting”.

Lol I feel like I’m in such a minority because I didn’t care for the finale but I still really liked the season 💀 It was slow at times but the magic from season 1 was definitely still there.

Is anyone worried about Odenkirk being snubbed again? I think I’d feel better if it hadn’t already happened once before. But he’s potentially fifth at best behind the Succession men and Pascal. I’m not taking him out of my predictions but I’m a bit worried…

Who’s strong enough to even overcome him tho? Diego Luna? Jeff Bridges? Matthew Rhys? I just can’t see a world where anyone else is stronger.

The recent talk about HBO’s Emmy chances next year got me wondering. The Idol, The Gilded Age, and Winning Time will all presumably air this year, and they’ll hopefully have The White Lotus back next spring, but is that really it? How is The Idol the only new drama they have ready?

I really doubt the TA would drop The Crown, but if Netflix gets shut out of the category it would be the first time since before House of Cards that Netflix didn’t get a Drama Series nom. It’s likely getting shut out in Comedy Series as well, for the second year in a row. Is this a real decline we’re seeing? Of course The Crown could end up doing very well on nomination day, so I guess we’ll have to see.
