I’ve seen so much tour content, it feels like she’s on top of the world right now. Her team really should capitalize on the moment and send another single to radio, and honestly she has tons of options. She could do Karma to stretch out Midnights for a bit longer, All of the Girls, or even Cruel Summer or Don’t Blame Me TV with the hype they’re getting from tour.

Yeah, there’s no way Taylor wins AOTY for a Reputation/Lover retread. It’s way too early to tell what her BPVA chances are when we haven’t heard Dua or Olivia’s albums yet. Then there’s Billie, Miley if her album is successful (which it’s looking like it will be), and also Kelly Clarkson I think. Probably more to come.

The biggest thing Taylor has going for her is the massive tour she’s about to go on. Harry’s tour really helped keep him in the public consciousness all of last year, which I think played a big part in his win. The US leg of the tour will be over by the time nominations/voting starts though, so who knows.

She’ll get a nomination due to alphabetical advantage, and will become the most nominated artist in the category’s history, but if she couldn’t win with the most acclaimed song of her career this year, she’s never winning.
