What’s with this Spacek talk? Doesn’t she have an Oscar already? Don’t get me wrong that’s cool, but I’m curious why others think she deserves another?

Andrei Rublev was a 3-hr borefest of suffering, hell I don’t think the main character even gets much spotlight other than a few scenes!

This is interesting. I’m not sure if it is eligible, but I want to see this movie so badly. It feels like a true final ode to classic Hollywood and Orson Welles can finally Rest In Peace for people seeing his Magnum Opus

Can’t wait to see Jason Reitman comeback. Dude needs his after that shocking loss to Precious.Maybe…. His track record so far is pretty bad, but I hope he proves his best two successes (Juno and Up In The Air) we’re not just pure luck.

You should always let people decide. You shouldn’t cloud people’s opinion with yours. Also that profile pic is really f—king creepy

To the person who said Will Smith is a good luck charm at the Oscars I think your on to something. MIB won Make-up, SS won Make-Up, Independence Day won Best Visuals, and I, Robot has gotten a visual effects nod. So, you might not be wrong

Peterloo, Mike Leigh-This might Be his chance to achieve his Oscar considering it’s probably his most Academy-Friendly film yet
Lucas Hedge,Boy Erased-Hey Chalamet got lots of love this year and considering Hedges was in two films that might be BP nominees, we might get on board with love on him next Oscars
Any Adams, Backseat-Automatic win no doubt
Russell Crowe, Boy Erased-Man needs a redemption now (IMO I kinda like the guy even if he is crazy)
Barry Jenkins V Damien Chazelle-Round two, let there be fire and blood in the future campaign trail (Bwahahaha!!!!)
