Like others said, Episodes 8-10 are the main showcase for her.
But Episodes 3 and 6 are good for different reasons, both kicking off with a solid opening scene and the latter specifically for a major scene with Bateman.
Episode 9 would be what she needs to submit, but honestly, she was doing work throughout that season. I didn’t realize it until the interviews, but Wendy has a specific conflict dynamic of some kind with every major adult character throughout the season.
ETA: Also, likely to Bateman’s credit, she’s showcased in two scenes in Episodes 1 & 3 that feature good music!
Wow! Thanks TVSidelinerJuly 8, 2020 at 2:37 pm #1203574517
Great because there’s an episode in the first half where she and Jason Bateman have an Emmy worthy scene while visiting a therapist.
And you do not want to miss Tom Pelphrey’s very first scene! So watch from the beginning.
Thanks so much, Kay! I’m on it! I’ve also heard amazing things about Tom’s work as well!July 8, 2020 at 2:35 pm #1203574515
If nominated, Viola’s submission will undoubtedly be “Stay,” and we all know that. Anything else would be unacceptable.
With all due respect from one huge fan to another Luca I wouldn’t go so far as to say unacceptable. She was “gifted” with a number of great showcases in the final season that could contend. However, I must decree that “Stay”, for more reasons that one, is a no brainer…July 8, 2020 at 2:26 pm #1203574494
Thank you all! You’re making me wanna skip all the way to the last few, but I won’t. I will watch all of the season!’ LolJuly 8, 2020 at 2:12 pm #1203574417
Just starting the third season of “Ozark”. Even though the episodes allegedly don’t matter much these days, they still have to submit them.. What are Laura’s knockout showcases/episodes I can look forward to seeing?June 26, 2020 at 12:44 pm #1203553345
Do any of you know what episodes Elizabeth Hubbard submitted in ‘87 when Kim beat her? Her clip was brilliant, her yelling at James Stenbeck, and how she was sick of being blackmailed by everybody all over town!June 17, 2020 at 9:00 pm #1203539693
Come through with an increase of nominations for Insecure!

I’m embarrassed to admit that I had to look up Beverly Todd’s picture to remember who she was. While she was excellent in her episode of HTGAWM, I’m actually very surprised she was submitted over Marsha Stephanie Blake! Jack missing, no guest actor submissions?! They couldn’t throw Tom Verica a bone for at least a chance at a guest actor drama nomination?June 13, 2020 at 1:28 am #1203530744

Another one! This season has been amazing! Love the awkward Molly & Issa reunion, Issa re-adjusting to a new beginning with Lawrence, and trying to keep Nate on standby. Plus, yet another blowup between Issa and Molly! Their writers have not been playing ANY games this season!! Also, great story in the telling of Nate’s bipolar disorder. Last but not least, major shoutout to Kerry Washington, for directing the hell out the episode!!
