The way you all have been carrying on over Andra Day. I didn’t see this much talk when Stefani was in the conversation for her debut. I wonder why?

I stopped watching during the ghost sex story, but will look at it every now and again when something big happens. It has earned its place in television history. Its longevity alone should be applauded with it having found new fans via Netflix and still being one of the network’s number one shows.

I wonder if producers/network still have the option to petition their anthologies in the TV Movie category? Yeah it would totally defeat the purpose of the new rules, but I’m just thinking out loud here.

I have entered the chat . . .
Developments! Glad that it looks like Glenn isn’t winning for this. I knew in my bones that a nomination is likely, but a win? No ma’am, Pam! Especially if they didn’t give it to her for The Wife which is similar to what I assume this movie is. And given that Amanda Seyfried is getting raves for an across the board c…[Read more]

I do not understand the Tom Pelphrey predictions. If he didn’t happen at the Emmys, I don’t see how he happens here.

I just realized that my predictions are based as if it’s business as usual and not accounting for the fact these nominations will be delayed by months. Don’t really know if I’ll adjust any since I think they are pretty reasonable. I mean as reasonable as reasonable can be with the Globes.

Nicholas Braun’s nomination is fine and deserved. A classic scene-stealer! Another nomination that was obvious, but let me stop being obnoxious.

I still don’t understand how most slept on Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. Like I said, vote-splitting isn’t the end all be all, it should be examined on a case by case basis, and when it’s obvious, IT’S OBVIOUS! He was the standout of the three (four if you included not nominated Tim Blake Nelson) and acted opposite Regina THEE King. It also reminds me of…[Read more]

The best set of winners in a longtime (ZENDAYA!). The show itself was fine given the circumstances. As someone who works in live TV, I know all involved were SWEATING chile. This is a solid format I can see the upcoming award shows using.
And congrats, Eden! No shade to the top three, but you’re number one and the true MVP of the active users.
