The only thing that I think you got right was #2 even though it’s still argumentative. Others are just out of the story. Are you sure you watched the movie with a proper subtitle?
The quoted dialogs that you pointed out aren’t the same dialogs as in the movie. Though I am not Korean myself (I consider myself as an intermediate Korean learner), I assure you that those aren’t the same things that the characters said. Most specially the “I will raise your salary if you keep this as a work secret.” This was never said in the movie. Mr. Park said that he is paid extra for a personal driver, which is why he wants Mr. Kim not to “cross the line” or get into something personal with him.
Mr. Park consider his “married life” or “love life” as something personal. As we all (would) do, and he doesn’t want to get into conversation with that personal topic with someone like Mr. Kim because he thinks that Mr. Kim is not his family or not on the same level as him.
