It’s probably Dern’s tern unfortunately(haven’t seen her performance but this category used to be way more exciting and it’s gotten duller with three career wins even though Davis was really deserving).I don’t see Lopez prevailing.
I agree- I enjoy the film. And to be clear, the characters are complaining about rent because their friend went back on a promise to let them live rent free. I’d be mad if I was them. Still, they really should have worked on getting jobs lol.

I don’t want ScarJo to have double nominations for Marriage Story and Jojo Rabbit specially for the latter. There are still greater choices in there although I might consider this year to be weak for the category.
For the first time since season 10, all four coaches are represented by exactly one artist.
Representing each team are:
Ricky Duran — Team Blake
Katie Kadan — Team Legend
Rose Short — Team Gwen
Jake Hoot — Team Kelly
Based on GoldDerby’s odds, Katie Kadan is winning with Jake Hoot being the runner-up. Ricky Duran would take the third place a…[Read more]

Robert is in trouble with an Oscar nom.
SAG he can pick up with an Ensemble win, special citation aside. But I think Hollywood can win here.
The Globe miss is somewhat surprising. But it’s clearly not a good sign for his chances.
Can never rule him out for Oscar but it seems there’ll be at least one actor in the mix in supporting.

Kathy has a legacy too.
This is great news for Lupita but she’s hardly a lock. There is always someone at SAG who doesn’t make it in most years: Emily Blunt, Judi Dench, Amy Adams & Emily Blunt, Helen Mirren & Sarah Silverman, Jennifer Aniston, Emma Thompson, Helen Mirren & Marion Cotillard, Tilda Swinton, Hillary Swank, Angelina Jolie, Ziyi Zhang, Patricia Clarkson &…[Read more]

Robert De Niro’s turn as the title character of this Martin Scorsese’s film is currently and had long been in the top three of the GoldDerby’s odds. After the announcement of the nominations of both the Golden Globes and the Screen Actors Guild awards, it’s quite shocking to see no sign of De Niro in the nominees for Best Actor. Why is this so?

It’s Leo’s story. Brad is like the icing that goes along with it.
The attacks I’ve received for having this opinion! lol!!! And NEVER without any non existant proof!
