I tried watching an eppy a week or two ago, but couldn’t get through it. I miss the classic episodes already. I was hoping they would air new episodes Mon-Thursday and re-air classics on Fridays.September 5, 2020 at 4:09 pm #1203688401
I bought the season 11 dvd and am disappointed in it. There’s no extras. I always love the gag reels the dvd sets have and was bummed there wasn’t one for this season. I was also hoping the special that aired before the finale would be on here…it isn’t.
I’m also bummed Sophia Vergara never won an Emmy for playing Gloria. I’m kind of sad that Sarah Hyland didn’t land an Emmy nomination, especially from season seven through 11, I thought she was very deserving.
Good luck at the emmys!August 14, 2020 at 6:31 pm #1203646262

Happy that Y&R won for Neil’s death episodes. They were by far the best episodes of Y&R last year.
Overall, I thought CBS did a great job and was happy to see it on a network again. Hopefully the emmys will be televised next year, too.June 12, 2020 at 7:17 pm #1203530515
Molly Shannon has always been my favorite. Kate McKinnon and Cecily Strong are up there, too.June 3, 2020 at 4:53 pm #1203515211
I’m really enjoying these classic episodes of Y&R. It’s fun to see Cassie and Nate so young. It’s great to see Eva Longoria before her Desperate Housewives days. So many characters in one episode. Great background music, too.May 28, 2020 at 4:43 pm #1203506297
Back to the Arts gala eppy of Y&R. The following episode was even better. Kevin torches Gina’s. JT ends up saving her. Ashley (who was suffering from post pardon depression) shows up at the gala with her bathrobe and shows her “baby “ to everyone. Meanwhile, Michael had a huge crush on Victoria and saw her kissing Damon. This show used to be so good. I believe Y&R submitted these episodes for the emmys and won the Drama Series in 2004 for them.May 28, 2020 at 4:35 pm #1203506287
I miss these Y&R days. As much fun as it is to rewatch these episodes, I wish they would be showing consecutive episodes.
Kevin was a psycho when he first came on the show. Lily and Colleen were best friends and Colleen was worried that Lily was with Kevin. At some point Kevin and Lily slept together and Lily got an STD. However, Kevin had gone to the doctors and got medicine for it, so they couldn’t prove he did anything to her. He also cleaned out his hard drive on his computer, so the police couldn’t find any evidence of him being in teen chat rooms. His goal was to burn down Colleen, so she wouldn’t stand in the way of him being with Lily.May 25, 2020 at 5:11 pm #1203500512
I wasn’t watching Y&R back then, so it was a nice treat to watch. I heard that David got killed in a trash compactor, but it was great to watch.
I always thought it was weird that a show would have two different characters with the same name at the same time (John Silva and John Abbott).May 21, 2020 at 7:32 pm #1203494510
Christel Khalil and Bryton McClure were amazing with the Neil’s death episodes. Otherwise, I don’t know what they did (although I didn’t watch a lot of Y&R last year).May 20, 2020 at 2:37 pm #1203492324

Sean Hayes in Will and GraceMay 16, 2020 at 4:13 pm #1203485313
I’m so sad about Fred Willard. It’s so odd how his character passed away on Modern Family, then he passed away in real life. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.May 11, 2020 at 5:32 pm #1203477062
I really enjoyed today’s vintage episode from 1998. I miss the days where you would watch Y&R just to see if your favorite character would appear. The Katherine/Jill fight was classic. I miss seeing all the sets, too. Victor having scenes at his office, then at Chris’s office, and finally at his home where nice to see. It was great seeing Casey for a brief moment today. Watching Michael in lawyer mode and having him share scenes with Dianne, then the priest/pastor, judge and other man were great, too.
