I loved the scenes with Paul and Christine in the park the other day. It was so nice too see an older couple relax and enjoy each other without the drama. I feel like JG is trying to add more romance to the show.
I hope we continue to get more scenes like that with Paul and Christine and the Baldwin’s.May 28, 2019 at 4:00 pm #1202914091
Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki, Y&R) is releasing her memoir in 2020. Can’t wait to read it!May 23, 2019 at 10:12 pm #1202906576
I’m excited and sad for their final season. While most of their episodes have been average, “A Year of Birthdays ” was brilliantly done and left me wanting more.
I also hope they tie up some storylines. Phil didn’t talk about his majic shop at all this past season. Does he still own it? Gloria took Phil’s class about real estate in one episode, then it was dropped. I was kind of excited to see Gloria go into Real Estate.May 23, 2019 at 9:59 pm #1202906572
Here are some people I’d love to see host:
Ty Burrell (Modern Family)
Megan Mullaly (Will and Grace)
Chris Meloni (SVU; not sure what he’s in now).
Retta (Good Girls)
Molly Shannon (I know she was a season regular in the 90s, but I’d love to see her come back and host).May 10, 2019 at 7:23 pm #1202888467
The season/series finale was really cute. The ending was hysterical. I’m really sad it’s not getting renewed. I know it’s a long shot, but I’d love for any of the main cast members to get an emmy nod.May 10, 2019 at 9:36 am #1202888090
I’m sad. I really liked this show. The four main stars were amazing together.May 9, 2019 at 3:40 am #1202886120
“A Year of Birthdays” was the best episode of the season. The writing, directing, editing was fantastic. With so many average episodes this season, I’m glad MF had a stellar season finale.May 2, 2019 at 8:18 am #1202877025
“Commencement” was an average episode. The scenes with the Dunphy’s in the grocery store and the van scenes were the best part. Only one more episode left this season. Hopefully they’ll end on a high note.May 2, 2019 at 8:13 am #1202877019
I thought Y&R did an amazing job with Kristoff St. John’s death. I still have a hard time believing he’s passed away. Monday’s tribute was great. The flashbacks were amazing. Kudos to the Y&R team, those could not have been easy to film.April 17, 2019 at 10:35 am #1202856747
Does anyone know if the Emmys will be on tv or streamed online this year?April 16, 2019 at 5:49 am #1202855294
They have announced that next week they will be doing a four episode arc devoted to the death of Neil Winters (and a tribute episode for Kristoff St John). The dates are April 23-29 (the 29th is a Monday and will be the tribute to Kristoff episode featuring Victoria Rowell, Shemar Moore among other cast members). There will also be a segment of The Talk devoted to Kristoff on Friday, April 26th.
Thank you for the heads up.April 11, 2019 at 2:46 pm #1202848545
“Can’t elope” was an ok episode. The wedding stuff was good, the rest, not so much. It was nice to see Dylan’s mom and Phil’s dad in the episode.
I’d love to see Sarah Hyland get an emmy nomination this year. She’s been stellar.April 6, 2019 at 9:31 am #1202842237
The past two episodes weren’t my favorites, but it’s still a cute show.
