If Pop Solo Perf. had existed between 1990-2011, who would have won those years?
1990 - Nick of Time 1991 - Vision of Love 1992 - Something to Talk About 1993 - Tears in Heaven 1994caleidoscopio
Kesha was submitted to ROTY, AOTY, SOTY, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Short-Form Music Video that year. Many posters were surprised she didn’t submit to the Dance categories.at

Grammy Category Frauds
Actual Nominees: The Preacher’s Wife in R&B Album “U Can’t Touch This” & “GetGabe Guarin
Justified by Justin Timberlake. It's mostly an R&B album, but it was entered in the Pop category. It would've made more sense if they entered Justified in the Contemporary R&B category.

Candice Bergen & Helen Hunt Emmy wins in the 90's
I think everybody in that group deserved to win their own Emmy. But I wouldn’t take away any of HuAndrea
Honestly, besides Delta Burke in 1990 and Calista Flockhart in 1999 I'm not sure I would take away any of Bergen and Hunt's wins. I think 4 for Bergen and 3 for Hunt were warranted considering the strength of their performances, shows, and submissi

Did Robin Wright & Kevin Spacey deserve to win an acting Emmy for House of Cards
It hurts me to say Kevin Spacey deserved to win for season 1, but as much as I love Robin Wright andPulp
I don't think either of them definitely should have won, I'm pretty sure there has been someone better every year, but Wright would have been deserving if she had/does win even if she's never been the obvious best. I can definitely see this being a C

Did the Oscars get right Katharine Hepburn’s wins?
I will never understand Hepburn's win for Guess Who's Coming to Dinner... clearly a supporting role,Andrew Carden
'67 is really one of the all-time great Lead Actress line-ups, IMO at least. I could make a case for any of the nominees, sans probably Audrey Hepburn, who's still quite good. I actually lean toward Edith Evans. OSCAR FLASHBACK: 20 Years of Streep (

The Marisa Tomei myth is finally over
I think so - But why was it the producer of La La Land and not the PWC people whom made the correctKarl Vincent
Nothing about these rumored scenarios could possibly have been true. As the Academy has explained many times.

3rd consecutive year for first time acting Oscar winners.
M: The Original
Bening, Pfeiffer, Watts, and Chastain have never won. So at least on the women's side there's a strojasonface
They are also saying John travolta could beat oldman for his performance as John gottiAfter your relentless passion for Hacksaw Ridge/Andrew Garfield, I'm literally going to believe anything you say this season no

Actors and Actresses that won the Oscar for their best performances
Cate Blanchett in Blue Jasmine. A titanic performance that just couldn't be denied.FilmGuy619
A few more I'd like to add: Hilary Swank's two Oscars for Boys Don't Cry and Million Dollar Baby. Hasn't had the greatest career post-wins, but she still won for her best performances.

Which Golden Globes, SAG and Critics Choice Awards Winners will be snubbed this year at the Emmys?
The Globe winners could struggle. I can't see Gael Garcia Bernal getting in- I really can't understabondzzz
I'm also very hesitant to include both Mozart in the Jungle and Gael Garcia Bernal. Rachel Bloom is in my predictions currently but just cos that last spot is a bit hard for me to predict who the Academy will choose.I do have Mr. Robot and Rami Malik

Who will be the Laura Dern/Jacki Weaver of this year?
Surely it was Charlotte Rampling? Not seen at any other awards ceremony (apart from maybe the odd critics group). Left off the list by BAFTA, yet still ends up on that list.

Who was closer to get a Best Actor nomination in 1994?
Hugh Grant definitely. It was a shock when he wasn't nommed. After his Golden Globe win and charmingEddy Q
I'm not convinced the LA Times review had much to do with Robbins missing out. It's quite easy to see why it happened when you break it down; Hanks, Newman and Travolta were automatically in, Nigel Hawthorne had major passion despite missing a SAG no

Will it be a Marcia Gay Harden this year at the Oscars?
Let me just say it so others dont' need to - Bradley Cooper, unfortunatelyHe's sadly got an enormousJalal Haddad
I would love it if Cotillard joined the never losing club with actors like Waltz & Swank and I think she has an underdog chance at the win as well. Cooper as strong as his support might be has to much competition. Older voters are going to be slit be
