Age: 26 for two more months
Location: Reykjavík, Iceland
Occupation: I’m a teacher, my pupils are teenagers from the ages 13-16
Education: I have a B.ed and a M.ed in compulsary school teacher education with speciality focus on English and social studies. All very tedious. My dream is to be a published author and one day I will be
Orientation: Straight and chronically single
Fave Food: I love traditional Icelandic food like shark, whale, meat soup but I also got a taste for Catalan food when I lived in Barcelona so a good escudella and esqueixada are on that list too.
Fave Drink: Water. I know, boring but it’s the beverage of the gods. I’m also all for a good champagne and vodka if I want to have a headache in the morning.
Fave TV Series: I have an affinity for British panel shows like Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and QI so most of the shows I watch are similar to those. But I of course watch scripted shows, a lot, but don’t really get attached to them. Maybe X-Files, Friday Night Lights, Community and Veronica Mars would fit the bill as faves
Fave Movie: I watch almost anything except movies where cars are featured. Never seen a F&F movie for example. But I’m such a girl tbh and romance movies always get me. While You Were Sleeping, When Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle top that list. Also Beetlejuice, Batman, Batman Returns and Mermaids
Fave Music Artist: The Libertines, Blur, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Adele, Nirvana, Amy Winehouse, The Beatles, Daft Punk and Roy Orbison
– I suck at math and I to me the numbers 3 & 8 and 2 & 5 look basically the same.
– I am my parents only child but both my mom and dad have other children with different partners. So I’m both an only child and the youngest of 7.
– I almost always have a lot to say but I fear other’s peoples reactions so I almost always stay quiet.
– I taped every Oscar ceremony from 1999 – 2009 and then I realized the internet is a marvelous vault of everything and I shouldn’t really bother.
