Parasite-the maid comes back, but visually the flood scenes are the most beautiful
The Irishman-meeting between Hoffa and the guy he was in prison with where Jimmy is pissed about him being late; I don’t understand why Pacino isn’t the frontrunner for Supporting Actor
Little Women-any scenes between Pugh and Chalamet

I was disappointed, but not super surprised by the Egerton snub. The Lopez snub was a shock, though. I feel bad for her, I thought it was a deserving performance.
<p style=”text-align: left;”>So Jennifer Lopez got Chalamet’d… I’m kinda pissed to be honest. Some of the other snubs I was kind of expecting, like Egerton and Awkwafina. That one stings, though.</p>
Yay for Todd Phillips, Jaron Blaschke and Scarlett Johansson in supporting.
I still have a lot to see, but so far it’s:

Pollock (2000)- give it 7/10 – a little slow in some places, but worth it to watch every scene between Ed Harris and Marcia Gay Harden. Man did she earn her Oscar. Overall a very passionate and well directed film.
Does anyone else think Adam Driver is being at least slightly overrated for his performance in BlacKKKlansman? Did I miss something? He had one great scene, but otherwise he was just good. I will not be happy if Driver gets in over Chalamet or Elliot at SAG and Oscars.
1. Aquaria (this one has been in my head since I woke up)
7. The Vixen
9. Miz Cracker
12. Blair (I was so disappointed, she looked great last week and then this just kind of drooped off of her)
Another crap twist like Peppermint getting to top two last season. The top two should’ve been Trixie vs Shangela, with Shangela crowned. The look of devastation on her face was so heartbreaking…just unfair.
Pretty bad that I’m way more excited about our winners than the Oscars. I’ll probably watch on Sunday, but I’m not gonna hold my breath for anything to go my way in the categories where I’d really like to see upsets.
