Just a couple of things:
– Amazon is campaigning aggressively. Forever and A Very English Scandal screeners were sent to SAG early October way before voting started
– Homecoming screeners were sent 1 November. If you’re predicting Julia Roberts for actress, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t predict the show for Ensemble and James too. Voters…[Read more]

These are kinda …bizzare.
That episode for The Affair was arguably its weakest of the season.
Pose, Succession and Homecoming rise a bit after the Globe love yesterday as well.
I mean I expected more love for Homecoming, but then again the episodes are structured the same and are equally as great, but no standout episode, except maybe the…[Read more]
WARNING: I’m gonna be annoying for the next month stanning Stephan James. I wouldn’t be mad if Madden or Rhys won, since they were both great on their respective shows, but WHEW! James did the damn thang!

No surprise that Homecoming is the most binged show on Amazon
I predicted Regina King’s win in February this year. That’s all buzz that matters.
Also listen to my buzz when I say that no one from Apocalypse is getting an Emmy nomination except maybe Lange.
Calling like 5 people locks in November from a show that has been on a critical decline is just…trying it (and I loved the first half of Apocalypse)
This is called blind stanning — creating failed subjective opinions to support the hope of your fave winning — making statements like this is not winning before seeing it.
Sharp Objects is way too niche in subject matter and too slow/artsy for the Emmys. No doubt Amy is a lock for the nom, but claiming Arquette won’t win for a performance…[Read more]
“Why do you always think people have to be self-hating, biased or/and pressed for expressing a different opinion than yours?”
Oop. Just saw this via a quoted post because you’re on my ignore list. Your obsession with my posts on here is creepy. I told you a few weeks ago to put me on ignore since you think my posts are all based on bias. Bai.
It was released in limited theatres in December. SAG voting for nominations started in November. No one knew how much the movie would make.
Regina Hall is having a great year, Anthony Mackie is a big movie star. Amandla Stenberg is the breakout star and Russell Hornsby has been working for years. You act like the movie has nothing going for it.…[Read more]
Uh… all black cast…most timely film of the year..singled out for its superb acting…acclaimed film
Sounds like Hidden Figures to me and people doubted that film too and it won SAG.
You need to start loving yourself and exert less hate.
I don’t understand why Fox has not sent screeners to the guilds (including SAG) for this. It could win SAG, but if they don’t get screeners out this week, I won’t even predict this to get a SAG Ensemble nom.
Fox has already sent The Hate U Give to all guilds. So there’s no reason why they couldn’t do the same for Widows.
