Would’ve been cool though if Pitt, Damon and DiCaprio all got nominated in one year.

Looks interesting although that felt like one of those trailers that have revealed 95% of the movie.
Will catch it if it is able in my area.

You’ve pretty much said the movies I’ve watched. Hope this gets filled up because I’m trying to catch more animated films from that time period.

Antebellum, Run and Spiral all delayed. I was looking forward to Janelle Monae slaying.

Thanks for the input everyone. I guess I just wanted to see a year when the nominees are from films that most of America has already seen. Isn’t that how it was done before the festivals became popular?

I voted massively for Inception but I’m not even mad that Parasite swept. See y’all the next decade awards. Lol.

Damn. What a stellar crop of winners. I definitely think Roberts, Winslet and Kidman are all solid performers. I am continually impressed with their performances and most of their role choices lately. Won’t be surprised if one or all of them get a second one eventually.
I love Bullock. She’s my first favorite actress ever. I hope she gets one again, but I don’t think it’s likely.
Everybody else are amazing. I don’t think they’ll win again though.

Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer are hot commodities right now. Won’t be surprised if they get 7 or 8 noms in the next 20 years.
Everybody else, I don’t know. I don’t think so?

Thompson and Bates maybe. Thompson needs to play a real person. Bates needs to be a character in so much distress

Awww ok. I apologize for wording it wrong. I mean we have movies about great real-life tragedies all the time. I don’t expect this movie to come out anytime soon (maybe another 10 years), but it is a story that will be a hit if done right.
It’s just all of the 9/11 movies I have seen either weren’t big enough or didn’t focus on the tragedy itself.
Anyway, yeah. That’s my opinion.
