Adele has always been the frontrunner since she announced the release of ’30’. I still think she may lose some of the categories but she’s definitely not going home empty-handed.

I agree, I don’t think they’ll let Adele win all her nominations. I think Harry could pull out a win in Pop Solo or ROTY for “As It Was”.

While I agree Harry Styles is more in contention than people think, I think people are also underestimating Lizzo.

It doesn’t matter if it wasn’t as commercially successful as her previous albums, she will be nominated in Album of The Year, Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. That’s locked. The only thing to consider is if she wins and how many.

Right now, I’m predicting she’ll win Song of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. I think she’s also considered the frontrunner in ROTY and AOTY but I could see someone else taking it like Silk Sonic for AOTY or *maybe* Lizzo for ROTY.

In all seriousness, do we think “Renegade” (writing credits: Aaron Dessner and Taylor Swift) can get in SOTY or ROTY before “willow” (writing: Aaron Dessner and Taylor Swift)?

In my opinion, it matters if if “willow” is submitted. If it is submitted, votes will split and it won’t be nominated and if it’s isnt submitted “Renegade” has a better chance for SOTY and ROTY.

    Best Music Video:
    WAP
Montero (Call Me By Your Name)

Ariana + Gaga won BPDGP because of both of them. Gaga got votes because she’s Lady Gaga then others voted because they just liked the song better than the other nominees.

I don’t think Olivia will release a song until  driver’s license leaves the top 10/20 so around May or June is when I think she’ll release.

Taylor will be blocked out of Album Of The Year, they would want her to get nominated twice in a row after winning the award for a third time. I think she has a chance in SOTY for “willow”. It’s not her best lyrics but it’s still good.

Ariana will get nominated for all BPSP, BPVA, BPDGP and ROTY (maybe SOTY) at the least. Not sure about AOTY but she might get in too, we’ll see how the rest of her album rollout goes.

Bruno & Anderson Paak is going to get nominated for “Leave The Door Open” but I have a question, Silk Sonic is technically a new duo, so could they get nominated for BNA or because they’re both previous winners they can’t?

In my opinion, “cardigan” can’t win Song Of The Year. I believe “Don’t Start Now” will take home both Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year.

Where I’m at rn: AOTY 1. Folklore 2. Djesse Vol. 3 3. Future Nostalgia 4. Everyday Life 5. Black Pumas 6. Hollywood’s Bleeding 7. Women in Music Pt. iii 8. Chilombo (This is basically Taylor’s providing no shenanigans) ROTY 1. Don’t Start Now 2. Everything I Wanted 3. Savage 4. Say So 5. Black Parade 6. Colors 7. Circles 8. Rockstar (This is really just Dua vs Billie. Both have good shots but I’m leaning towards Dua because she’s everywhere right now, DSN was bigger and Future Nostalgia is insanely beloved. Savage could maybe upset, but it feels very unlikely. 4-8 are non-factors.) SOTY 1. Don’t Start Now 2. Everything I Wanted 3. Cardigan 4. I Can’t Breathe 5. Black Parade 6. Circles 7. The Box 8. If The World Was Ending (It’s Billie vs Dua again, and I’m predicting Dua for the same reasons listed in ROTY. H.E.R or Taylor could also upset but they feel less likely. 5-8 are non-factors) BNA 1. Megan Thee Stallion 2. Phoebe Bridgers 3. Doja Cat 4. Kaytranada 5. Ingrid Andress 6. D Smoke 7. Chika 8. Noah Cyrus (Definitely the closest category. It feels neck and neck between Megan Phoebe and Doja and I wouldn’t be surprised if any one of them take it. 4-8 are all kinda irrelevant here but Noah is 100% last)

I think something to note in Best New Artist is that Ingrid Andress is the only country artist thus I think her chances are bigger than Kaytranda, although I still see Megan Thee Stallion winning.

    “Locks”:

Best Pop Vocal Album — “evermore”: It won’t be nominated for Album Of The Year but it will for sure be nominated for BPVA.

Best Rap Performance — “WAP”: It’s safe to say that if Cardi submits this it will be nominated. It is one of the most acclaimed and best selling songs of this year. It is provocative but you can’t deny it’s impact.

Best Pop Duo/Group Performance — “Levitating” (Remix): It’s looking to turn out like Don’t Start Now which will blow up in the first quarter of 2021 and might remain stable.

Best Pop Duo/Group Performance — “Holy”: They will probably eat this up like “Intentions”.

    “Maybes”:

Best Pop Duo/Group Performance — “no body, no crime” or “evermore”: When you think about it, this matters if Taylor pushes either. If she doesn’t, I think evermore will be nominated.
