I had absolutely no idea I was watching the season finale. Hmm. What was special about it?April 2, 2016 at 10:56 pm #661727
will probably bitch and whine again when he loses like he did with The Normal Heart.
He bitched about losing for The Normal Heart?March 31, 2016 at 11:03 am #661280
We love Holland Taylor! She just gave us a shout-out on Twitter about the article, so we added her to the list:March 30, 2016 at 10:31 pm #602525
Definitely Landecker should go lead. The Season 2 premiere is amazing for her. Jeffrey Tambor should actually submit in supporting based on his screen time, but we know that won’t happen anytime soon.March 29, 2016 at 11:38 pm #602352
Wow! Episode 9, “Manna from Heaven,” was by far the best episode so far. Paulson, Vance, Choi and especially Brown absolutely killed it. This would be a great episode submission for Brown, right?March 3, 2016 at 9:18 pm #367809
After her SAG nomination, Ellie Kemper is almost a lock.
I also have Rachel Bloom and Tracee Ellis Ross getting in.March 3, 2016 at 9:15 pm #336014
Don’t forget, last year Richard Cabral came out of NOWHERE to snag a supporting actor nomination for “American Crime.” He wasn’t even in our predictions center. So yes, Serling K. Brown should be considered a major contender.March 3, 2016 at 12:28 pm #368118
So many changes, and yet Movie/Mini Actor and Movie/Mini Actress are still the only two acting categories — out of 16 acting races — that don’t require episode submissions. How is everyone okay with this?February 29, 2016 at 5:09 pm #219494
Damiansport1, why would you LOL at that? “Boyhood” had a 45% chance of winning last year, compared to “Birdman’s” 47% chance. That’s the very definition of a two-way race. A lot of people are trying to change the narrative to say “Birdman” was a lock to win, but not if you go back and actually look at the stats:February 28, 2016 at 10:33 pm #219362
This was my second heartbreak of the night after Stallone. Ugh.February 26, 2016 at 9:20 pm #218439
I went out on several limbs last year and only got 71% correct. Not gonna make that same mistake again!February 25, 2016 at 5:11 pm #204705
Sorry everyone, the chat box is not working. Please post your reactions here in this thread. Thanks!February 25, 2016 at 4:59 pm #204704
We are having some technical difficulties but everything should be ready to go soon. Head over to the home page now!February 24, 2016 at 9:39 pm #367871
It is almost impossible to only pick six nominees in some of these categories. Particularly Drama Supporting Actress. What am I supposed to do there???February 24, 2016 at 9:36 pm #335994
This thread is the definition of hypocrisy if we go back to page 1 and the announcment of this show. Cringe worthy.
OMG you’re right! People were almost unanimously against this show when it was announced in October 2014, and now they love it. Just goes to show you should never judge a book by its cover.
