I think it would be awkward if they replaced an ot7 submission with a song that only features some of the members and the amount of drama would be ugly.

It’s not like BH can do anything about it tho. If the song is in Coldplay’s album then it’s their team who will decide if they submit it or not… Butter would still be submitted by BTS’ team so I wouldn’t call it a replacement.

Can her team just heavily playlist her lead singles? I’m tired. Like WTF? Ways of music consumption has changed and the GP actually tune in to playlists to listen to TOP HITS and this is where her team’s clownery shows. These playlists actually help a lot and they not only increase the song’s numbers but also if people like the song that can lead to its repeat listening and then “more from the album” listening too. Plus potential fans increase. UGH…….

I get it but why would her team spend that much money on an era that was clearly made to increase her visibility during Grammy voting? Doesn’t seem like a smart choice from a business pov, it was obvious that they went for first week records for the tabloids and that’s it.

Really wish hardcore stans never found this forum because all y’all do is fill the category threads with conversations that are irrelevant to predicting who’s winning. This isn’t stan twitter.

The other albums were not eligible, you are clowning your selves over that list when none of the high rated albums there even won a Grammy.

We’re talking about nominations here, not wins. And what other albums are you talking about? Rob Sheffield stated that the deadline was a little before folklore was released but, even if they didn’t wanna take into account albums released in 2020, they could’ve easily left out Fine Line but didn’t… which proves that it has industry support.

Harry will miss this one it seems. He has not enough industry support.

Explain to me how Fine Line doesn’t have enough industry support to make it in BPVA when it’s the most recent album to make it in Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list, which was voted by the industry…?

I would say that Intentions is even more of a “lock” than Exile right now, I still think the song will make it though.

I don’t think he’s necessarily not taken seriously, I mean he does have 3 nominations in the GF in the span of 2 years… his time to win will come eventually.
