Hard to tell but Neil Patrick Harris in Gone Girl comes to mind because he is obviously the worst actor in that very excellent ensemble.

Definitely guilty. But in my defense, I didn’t start going to the movies excessively until 2008 and films/performances I’ve seen on the big screen stayed with me more. The power of the theatrical experience.
Also this sort of list should reflect the times I’m living in, I think.
