We didn’t do a video because without the reels it’s very hard to predict. Even if we knew everyone’s scenes, it’s a lot easier to predict when you actually see the reels in one sitting.
ReplyJune 23, 2022 at 11:36 am #1204994249Right now I’m predicting McCook. He’s got a truly empathetic storyline and he handles it beautifully, and he’s very overdue for a win. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Martsolf, who has the most dramatic reel, takes it.
I think actress is a three-way race. Wright, Morgan, and Miller all have a real shot at this. My gut tells me Wright, but I’m close to predicting Miller.

ReplyMay 20, 2022 at 3:15 pm #1204958456Did I miss something here? When did Nina become a saint? It’s like they’re trying to paint Nina as a victim. In the process they make her look pathetic. All of a sudden she believes that Nelle was some kind of poor put upon child? Nelle was a murdering, cold-blooded killer. For Nina to act otherwise is irritating.
I love how apparently Carly, Bobbi, Michael, Willow, they’re all insufferable. But Nina is somehow a saint? Give me a break!
That being said, they are really turning Sonny into a joke as well.
ReplyApril 8, 2022 at 11:20 am #1204908958God I am SOOOO over Nina acting like a victim. She’s basically the instigator of everything. The only thing the show is doing is make Sonny look like an idiot and Nina look whiny. I hope Carly wipes the floor with her.
ReplyFebruary 16, 2022 at 1:32 pm #1204805298I wish I could be team Nina….but the writers have written her into a corner. First she’s defending a psychopath daughter, then she keeps Sonny’s situation a secret and lets his family believe he’s dead. Then she acts all high and mighty with everyone acting like there was ANY justification.
Carly is the victim here. So I’m team Carly.
ReplySeptember 30, 2021 at 10:01 am #1204494466Wright and Watros killed it yesterday. I love that someone is finally calling Nina out on her pathetic obsession with Nelle, a kidnapping and murdering psychopath. Wah! Nina’s murderous daughter died so she decided to emotionally destroy Michael, Dante, Kristina, Avery…But yes, Carly’s the bad one here. Give me a break!
ReplyJune 30, 2021 at 1:33 pm #1204324867Got a chance to interview Maurice today for GD. Video coming soon…
ReplyJune 29, 2021 at 2:50 pm #1204323482Maurice Benard has been saying on his state of mind videos that he isn’t as excited by acting anymore and hinting he might retire from acting… I think it’s the money that keeps him on the show. I do wish he would retire!
This is a really nasty thing to say. There’s no reason for him to retire. You may not like his work, but a lot of people, both in and out of the industry, really like his work. That’s why he’s a three-time Emmy winner. It’s not for any of us to suggest that someone retire unless they are past the point where they CAN do the work. He still can, and he still has a family to support. So lay off.
ReplyJune 25, 2021 at 8:01 pm #1204318782Y’all never cease to entertain me. We all knew Maurice was winning, and deservedly so based on the reels. We knew it was going to be Mike’s death. We knew JMW was winning based on the reel. It wasn’t even close.
Don’t let your personal biases cloud your prediction judgement. That’s rule number once of predictions.
ReplyMay 25, 2021 at 7:07 pm #1204272715Y’all. Bernard is winning. And he deserves it. The scenes with Mike’s death were devastating;y powerful. And he won for that stuff before.
Actress is a much more mixed bag. Wood could easily win based on reels. But I would count out Francis.
