Really great finale. Not one of the best ever, but certainly did a great job at having a couple sentimental moments but still maintaining the crazy, nutty, off the wall comedy that makes 30 Rock what it is. Some nice callbacks (loved the Julianne and Salma cameos), but my 2 favourite have to be Jenna: admitting she’s never met Mickey Rourke right to camera, and of course, bringing back the Rural Juror. I have no idea what that ending song was, but I was laughing the whole time.
Only disappointment for me was that there was no final Liz and Jenna scene (really surprised Liz wouldn’t have that), and not that I necessarily needed any, but I’m surprised there wasn’t some big cameo appearances. I just expected there would be since this show has had almost everyone under the sun.
I know I was expecting to see Jon Hamm make an appearance
