I prefer to behave like a dignified human being instead of resorting to cheap threats from sore losers who wave the racist flag like it’s some cheap and worthless piece of garbage to fight silly fights whenever Viola Davis fails to get a nomination.

Spend more time with social activism to fight against the suppression of minority voting rights if you truly care about racism.

And cheap worthless threats are just that. Cheap and worthless. From the ignorant and stoopid.

    Unfortunately, IT IS about race

Keep believing in it whenever you favorite WOC doesn’t get nominated. The rest if us are celebrating the nominations of Yeoh, Henry, Chau, Hsu, Ke, de Armas, Bassett. Henry’s nomination is ESPECIALLY gratifying and well-deserved although some people are whining that he stole Paul Dano’s place. I thought Brian Tyree Henry was so good he ought to WIN Best Supporting Actor.

If Tom Cruise were black, you’d probably say his snub is racist too 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, Deadwyler being snubbed really hurts. Sometimes, I think the academy just treats non-white as a homogenous lump. I really hope Deadwyler gets another shot. They could have just scrapped Williams’ basic wig performance and made room..svg” class=”emoji”

I thought Deadwyler was ok. I’d replace Michelle Williams with her but The Fabelmans was too strong a film to be dismissed. I didn’t think Deadwyler missing out what a major snub either way.

Cate, Michelle (Yeoh), Andrea were clearly the BEST of this group and anyone who actually saw To Leslie instead of just whining about its inclusion would know that.

The rest are all contending for the last 2 spots. Michelle Williams couldn’t miss because of the love for The Fabelmans. So it leaves the other 3 WOC to contend for the last spot. Not everything is about race. Get over it.

2022 was a great year for movies, despite the dumpster fire 🔥 the Oscars gave us. Astonishing in its badness. Andrea FREAKING Riseborough needs to get down on her knees and thank God because she is the luckiest person on the face of the earth.

Did you EVEN watch TO LESLIE???

Some Like It Hot was an excellent show. Caught it on preview and it absolutely deserves the Best Musical Tony based on what’s already opened. Slapstick comedy and one of those big traditional musicals at its best. Strong performances all around. Updated for the modern audience without being too precious about it. The choreography for the climactic scene was nothing short of a spectacular feat. I wish the songs were more memorable and the first half had some parts that dragged. But it’s just full of joy to watch from start to finish.

No one would ever call Robert Pattinson, Jesse Plemons or any of the countless other actors in their 30s “serious young actors” and you know it.

The fact that they admitted this site’s “obsession” with these women is also really concerning.

Jeez. I won’t ask you to calm down. But get over yourself. You crazy.

Domestic box office prospects on opening weekend is looking to be a bit of a disaster for a film whose budget is north of $200M.

It is incredibly frustrating. It’s like they didn’t even watch dramas not named The Crown. Also, O-T Fagbenle and Madeline Brewer! I am gonna have to hope O-T brings it as Mr. Obama next year and wins for that.

I loved Elisabeth Moss this season but OT was NOT good. I’m still surprised his performance got nominated. He had the opportunity to blow it out of the park in the scenes when he first saw Moss at the camp, but all of it were just meh. Only my opinion.

Save it troll. This is a Primetime Emmys reactions board, and the results of the Emmys are going to be the discussed. That includes an all-white acting winners slate where no POC nominees were acknowledged. If you don’t like it, you know where the door is.

Exactly. I’m doing exactly as you said and discussing how much of a sad troll you are. Show yourself the door if you don’t like it. Good riddance. No one will miss you.

So scattered years when POC winners win make up for the years when they don’t? Got it. That’s not progress, and it’s not right either. Sweeps are lazy sheep mentality, and this year, there was POC talent that could have been acknowledged with wins. It didn’t have to happen. That’s the point that many have made here, which is why we’re celebrating Michaela Coel’s win and wished that it was given more of a proper showcase. Your incessant trolling won’t change my viewpoints regardless.

Scattered years? Get over yourself. People like you are not elevating minority performances. All you do is make people doubt that the credibility of minority performances are legit whenever they win, and not some patronizing woke BS win.

Go sell your racial grievances somewhere else. Direct them towards issues that have actual constructive impact on lives of discriminated communities, instead of whining about how racists Primetime Emmy Award voters are. Your outrage is predictable, boring and totally unhelpful. Your incessant trolling isn’t fooling anyone. Or changing my viewpoints either.

Talking of Ingram, lol Anya didn’t even stand up when Smart won. I don’t mean to sound extra-critical but I believe when people of such legendary status win,all stand. I mean,ALL.

So what you meant to say is you don’t mean to be a biatch but you really are.
